TCP Connection from 87.106.xx.xx to 87.166.xx.xx

A servlet running on my root server (87.106.x.x) tries to connect to a server (87.166.x.x) in the internet at a certain port. I got 'Connection Refused'. I am not familar with routing/firewall stuff. So, what I have to adjust in configuration to get it running ?

    Thank you

Usually you don't have to open a port for the Internet. Suse's Firewall brings it open by default.
