    What are the Limitations of the Download Version of openSuSE 10.2?

    Does it have X.org complete?

    Can we Install BunZIP and GunZIP and Tar Achives?

    There are no limitations. The retail version smiply contains printed documentation and a support package alongside the CDs/DVDs. There may be a few commercial trial apps in the retail version but I can assure you that the downloadable version is in no way crippled, nor is it a trial.

    First of all, don't open multiple posts for the same issue. I think you've already opened 3-4 posts for the same issue.

    Then, like bigtomrodney said, there are no limitations in terms of what packages you get and what you're "allowed" to do/install in openSuse. The only difference between them is that with the downloadable Suse (openSuse) version you don't get technical support from Novel.

    the only other difference is that there are additional packages on the bought dvd - but these are available using the online link if required
