I built myself bmp in Ubuntu, but couldn't make it work in Suse 10.2. Wouldn't allow me to build the required libraries. Any ideas? Thanks for the help....

Maybe I need an older version of gcc? I have gcc 4.1 installed. Also c++. The rest I don't know what it means.???

Well I got my bmp player compiled and working. Thanks a lot anyway. ( Saved me from 50MB of dependencies download through YaST )
