I built myself bmp in Ubuntu, but couldn't make it work in Suse 10.2. Wouldn't allow me to build the required libraries. Any ideas? Thanks for the help....

This is the thread I used:

Maybe I need an older version of gcc? I have gcc 4.1 installed. Also c++. The rest I don't know what it means.???

Well I got my bmp player compiled and working. Thanks a lot anyway. ( Saved me from 50MB of dependencies download through YaST )
