How to open ports 222 and 441 and test them?

I have a Suse 9.3 and behind that I have a SmoothWALL firewall. I need to open ports 222 and 441 on Suse (SuSEfirewall2) to access SmoothWall from an outside IP address for administration.

Does anyone know how to open ports 222 and 441 on a Suse 9.3 machine?

I have try with Yast, checked in iptables -n -L , I checked in SuSEfirewall2 file and everything looks OK, but when I run nmap (nmap -p1-1024 SmoothWall IP) on Suse machine, ports are still closed on SmoothWall. Does anyone know where else I can edit to open those ports on Suse to have access on SmoothWall?

After I configured SmoothWall I could access it form GREEN network (10.1.1.0) using https://"SmoothWall - IP address":441 and continued to configure firewall.

I hope I was clear in presentation.

What processes should I start to test those two ports?

    Thank you for any help

Go into YaST and then into Security > Firewall. You should be able to configure it from there.
