What do you mean? Any of those mirrors which are listed and noted as "complete" have full libraries.
What are you looking for? Did you go through the paths?
For example:

yeah it is just whne I try to do a whole system update it has too many dep and wont update. So I need some mirrors that will solve the dep. Some examples are dep for evolution, and gaim.
