Hi,

I have recently installed Linux on my PC, first time ever linux user.
using opensuse 10.2 with updates.

today i saw zenworks gave me a bunch of upgrades to install. i tried to install them, and he also said he had to remove pidgin and amarok and a series of other libraries. I said ok, remove them.
next he starts installing things, he gets to 99% and just stays there, it was not progressing, the mouse pointer did change when the windows was in focus, but in the processes list it did not seem to do much, actually very little.

I waited for 10 minutes or so, then i closed the application, restarted suse, zenworks gave me this error:

Code:
System.NullReferenceException: A null value was found where an object instance was required.

Server stack trace:

  at Novell.Zenworks.Zmd.Packaging.RemotePackageMa
now i can launch the "update software" application i get this error everytime i try to do something with it, and the app window seems stuck at "getting update list"

sorry if i was a little messy with the description, if there's anything else i forgot to mention please let me know.
