Where did you get the theme from? I'm trying to understand the problem. Can you link me to where I got the theme from?

Okay I understand. This is a Karamba theme. Karamba is an engine for adding desktop applets and effects. You need to install the SuperKaramba package. Go to YaST > Software Management and search for superkaramba. You can mark it for installation. You should then have a menu entry for it. You can install the karamba theme by just dragging it into the superkaramba launch window.

You need to add some additional repositories to your sources

    Package Sources/10.2 - openSUSE-Community

Additional YaST Package Repositories - openSUSE
