i started xmms in order to play my mp3's.it seems that it works fine but there is no sound....my both sound cards are running.what should be wrong?doesn't suse 9.1 support ...

    support for mp3's


    i started xmms in order to play my mp3's.it seems that it works fine but there is no sound....my both sound cards are running.what should be wrong?doesn't suse 9.1 support mp3's..may i have to download somekind of file to play my music?

    go to the xmms website (do a google search) and find the plugin for mp3 support, install it, sorted.

    i was wrong.suse 9.1 supports mp3,i had audigy analog sound clicked and there was no sound from speakers.i fixed it thanks!
