Copy files to external Hard Drive
Hi,
I have Windows and SuSE Linux installed in my system. When i login to linux, i cant copy files from linux to windows drives or external hard drives, it gives me error "you dont have permission to do so". When i try to do it in Super User mode it shows "error can not create respective folder".
Please guide me..

SuSe doesn't support NTFS write access out of box. install ntfs-3g package to enable NTFS write access. SuSe supports read/write access on FAT32 by default.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Copy files to external Hard Drive
I went to the link
download latest fuse source from sourceforge (v2.6.1), extract , they didnt give link to openSuSE, please check the link NTFS-3G: Stable Read/Write NTFS Driver

Download this package. its a latest available ntfs-3g source code ( ntfs-3g-1.710 ).
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
