Just add another partition and install Mandriva. Installer will detect Windows and SuSe and setup multiboot itself.

If you want to use SuSe's GRUB only, Install Mandriva's GRUB in boot sector of Mandriva's root partition and add following code in SuSe's menu.lst file:
    Code:
    title Mandriva
    rootnoverify (hd0,x)
    chainloader +1
    Replace x with Mandriva's partition number - 1.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
