    MPlayer question

    Hi, everyone !
    I run SuSE 10.0 on a 64-bit Intel processor.
I cannot play some of Windows media format files ( .wmv ).
Trying to compile MPlayer I've got the following message that might explain the situation:

NOTE: Win32 codec DLLs are not supported on your CPU (x86_64) or your
operating system (Linux). You may encounter a few files that cannot
be played due to missing open source video/audio codec support.

My question is simple (the answer might be not):
Is there a way to use Win32 codec DLLs, or compile the whole of MPlayer as for a 32-bit processor ?
    Thank you in advance !
