In SUSE you don't add modprobe info to /etc/modules or /etc/mdoprobe.conf but instead it is added to sysconfig in YaST.To get a module to load on boot go into YaST > /etc/sysconfig editor. Then go into the tree of settings and browse to System > Kernel > MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT. Just type 'ndiswrapper' in there and it should load on boot.

I would recommend using Network Manager to manage your networking. It is much more straightforward and easy than setting up the connection permanently and/or manually. You can change this in YaST > Network
