    Whenever you quit it, it should give you an option to prevent it running at startup. If not, there should be an options menu when you right-click on it.

    I seem to remember there was a text config file for this, but I can't remember where.....

    EDIT: I found a config file at ~/.kde3.5/share/config/knetworkmanagerrc
    Code:
    smolloy@sabayonx86-64 ~ $ cat .kde3.5/share/config/knetworkmanagerrc
    [General]
    Autostart=true
    Version=0.2

    [Notification Messages]
    systemtrayquitKNetworkManager=true
    try setting Autostart=false

    Thank you smolloy. That worked perfectly

    @Tutku

    In my autostart folder there is just a file named .directory. You can't configure something from there.
