    Mount iPod Touch in Ubuntu 8.04

    Hey everyone. Just wanted to know if anyone knew how to mount an iPod Touch in Ubuntu, 8.04. I am using this guide:

    sync-ipod-touch-with-linux :: Lance Wiki

    Yes, I know that the guide is for 7.10, but I thought that it would still work. Obviously not. Every time that I enter the 'ipod-touch-mount' command, it always comes up with this:

    dilyn@dilyn-desktop:~$ ipod-touch-mount
    touch: cannot touch `/media/ipod/test': Permission denied
    Unable to write to /media/ipod. Please adjust permissions and try again.

    The iPod Touch is no longer located in that directory, because I found that it was a network in my networks window. So, does anyone have some type of instructions on how to do this?

    Try running that command using 'sudo'. It's likely you don't have permissions to write to your /media/ directory as a regular user.

    Code:
    sudo ipod-touch-mount
