Which plugin do i need and what program to view SWF video files?

As the title says it all , how can i view SWF video files in Debian based Linux?

If you mean from the web browser, the flash plugin should do it. Check this site for more info on the subject:

I have flash plugin installed ,i mean when you have already downloaded the videos and when i want to open them ,they come up with a SOUND ICON and not a single Multimedia application won't open them. Any specific program to open them for Linux ????

have you tried opening them with your web browser i think it might work
