I don't mind at all.

I got "invited" to upgrade to Hardy after I started the Gutsy upgrade, actually.
The truth is, it was part laziness and part ignorance on my part that I am not using Hardy as we speak. I don't keep a "regular" job as most folks do, fortunately, but a consequence of the spotty work is that money is frequently also spotty, at best.
I started using computers about 18 months ago when I was looking for some tractor parts and the only 'puters I had access to were those at the local public library. One of the reference librarians, who is about the age of my son, also teaches some classes there. He gave me a lot of help when I began the research into building this machine and he gave me the disk for the Feisty Fawn install. While I was still using the library's (windows) machines, I ran feisty from the disk a number of times and thought it looked quite good.
The laziness part is that, while I knew of Hardy's recent release, I never got off my duff and ordered the disk for it. No excuses, I just didn't get it done.
So, my work was getting pretty regular and I found myself with more money than usual. I fixed that problem by beginning to order computer parts. Suddenly, no more problem.
Seriously, I have a bad habit of starting "projects" with a well-thought plan, but end up getting impatient and things sort of get out of hand then. I got all my component parts together except for two small items: an Operatiing System and an Internet Provider. While the DSL issue was easily enough to rectify, I still only had the Feisty disk on hand for an OS. Viola, we have Feisty.

Thank you again, for your efforts, my good man. You and a handful of others (on other posts) have shown me the true spirit of the Linux Community, and one day I intend to pay the debt back.
