I am using Lives to try to do some video editing of MOV files in Ubuntu Studio. How can I clean up the audio so that it sounds better and convert the audio from mono to stereo (copy and paste the mono track into a stereo track)? How can I add titles, and is there a title editor for Lives?

A Lives user told me that there is a title editor for Lives, and to use it you go to Tools and select Generate Title Frames, and it brings up a window to select the title properties. You need to select the number of frames, and enter the text and select the text properties and colors.
