its possible..... but it depends where you going to install boot loader.. for dual booting....
one way is unplug first disk, install debian without boot loader, plug-in both disks and update master disks boot loader, grub.conf or menu.list....
other way is plug-in both disks, install debian in second with boot loader..... it should be master disk.....
