    Follow up:

    1) Install Emerald Theme Manager
    Start Synaptic Package Manager by clicking
    System > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager
    In Synaptic Package Manager
    You need linemeraldengine0->package too.
    So when you will select Emerald Theme Manager ,it will autometically select this one for installation.

    2)Go and get it
    http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu/poo...buntu1_all.deb
    install it by using :dpkg -i emerald-themes_0.2.1-0ubuntu1_all.deb

    3)Installing Compiz Fusion Icon
    Now that you can access Emerald Themer by clicking
    System > Preferences > Emerald Theme Manager
    and you can see themes listed, you need to change window decorators to use those themes.

    4)Now, to change the window decorator, right-click the Compiz Fusion Icon in the top-right corner of your screen (It’s the blue cube). Then choose Select Window Decorator > Emerald. Your window borders may disappear for a second, but they should come back.
