    Exclamation Video?? Resolution?? HELP!!

I've recently installed and updated Ubuntu to the 8.04 version, the effects are all working and I am quite happy with myself as I am new with linux.

Here is my problem, I don't know what's causing it but everything looks bad, detail is horrible ! I have reset resolution ( and reset and reinstalled drivers but for some reason my quality looks crap... any ideas would be much appreciated. Cheers

Wellcome to Linuxforums..feel free to post here!

I couldnt see your screenshots for some reason..
But when you install proprietary vendor supplied drivers..Its not likely to work with all the graphic cards available.. just try using a default one

You have installed Nvidia drivers but it needed to configured properly sometimes

get EnvyNG - Its a utility which automatically detects Nvidia/ATI cards and install and configure drivers. HERE
