    Red face new user needs help

    im new to useing linux and i hsve intalled ubuntu on my laptop but can not get my orange icon 225 internet usb stick to install were can i get the correct driver from please help

    Iwon't be of much help to you but I know the guys that do are probably going to ask you to post the outputs in terminal of these commands and paste them into your next post. Inform them if you are using Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Whether dual boot or Wubi or vm install. Also post your Laptop make and specs. Here are the commands

    dmesg | grep firmware

    Actually, I would make one revision to the list of commands:
    sudo lspci -v
    sudo lsusb -v
    A little more useful info! Then post the results in a code box.
