    How can i open a terminal trough a shortcut on the desktop that opens a program that i have in /usr/bin ? The terminal must stay open.

    You could right-click on the desktop to create a launcher, then use something like the following for your command:

    Code:
    gnome-terminal -e /path/to/application
    Hope it works.

    I just tested this myself and it works.

    Create a launcher on the desktop (standard application)

    This is the command
    Code:
    gnome-terminal -e "bash -c 'fortune | less'"
    Replace fortune with whatever your command is.
