Steam running threw Wine on Ubuntu (Need Help)

Ok when i open steam it doesnt open, so i ran it threw terminal and it tells me this, Can some1 please tell me the problem.

Steam have a wide range compatibilty with Wine.
You must be missing a dependacy.
I got my Steam and CS:S working out of the box.

You can use PlayOnLinux Its a good option.
