When i attempt to do my updates an error occurs:

could not resolve 'dell-mini.archive.canonical.com'
On a side not, my wireless networking capability hasn't been working ...

Update issue.
When i attempt to do my updates an error occurs:

On a side not, my wireless networking capability hasn't been working since this happened. Not sure if the two issues are linked. Please help.

Does internet working fine in your machine?It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

The address resolves on my computer.
Code:$ nslookup dell-mini.archive.canonical.com Server: 192.168.0.1 Address: 192.168.0.1#53 Non-authoritative answer: Name: dell-mini.archive.canonical.com Address: 91.189.90.29
I'm thinking either a DNS issue or the wireless was broken before the attempted update and it just wasn't noticed. Are you sharing an Internet connection with a router? Could you post the output of ifconfig ?
