Are you in the sudoers file? If not, you should be to run anything through sudo. If you are in the file, try opening the terminal windows and type sudo -i to log in as root.

Can you next time just write your error down, that is more easy for us who have to figure out what the error is, plain text reads easier than images.
It is looking like it that you aren't in the sudoers file. Is your account in the group admin? If it isn't you can either add your account to the sudoers file, or add your self to the admin group (you need root privileges to do both).

Do you have access to the first account created on your system? If you do, you can use it to add your account to the group admin.

Ow alright, Let's hope someone else will be able to help you for I can't (right now). For the ease of other forum users, the problem here is that our user can't access anything that's managed by root. He claims not to be in the administrators group with the first created account so he can't use sudo.
My first guess is that our friend here has been playing with root privileges. If that's not the case his install broke (maybe because of updates or something like that or during install).
By the way, have you set up a root password so you can access it without sudo? If that's the case use that to add your self to the group admin.
