Exclamation Booting Error for MultiBoot System

Hi ! I am already using Windows XP and Ubuntu. Most of the times, I use ubuntu. But Now I want to upgrade Windows Xp to Windows 7. Installing the newer version of windows will, I think ruin the grub... So, can anybody help me in this? How to fix such problem? Because Last time when WIndows XP was corrupted, I had to re-install that and then I was not able to access Ubuntu. I had to re-install Ubuntu too. Can somebody give me idea to repair GRUB ?
    Thanks in advance..

Easiest way is, download SuperGRUB CD/USB or Floppy image. Boot up from it and select Fix Windows Boot Loader option. It will re-install GRUB.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
