Broken Pipe - Error Message

I have an error message when Im using Caldera RIP (Copy shop) software like this

Broken Pipe - Either solve the problem or kill the job

Does anyone know how to solve my problem ???

Hi bzee and welcome to the forum!

I'm assuming the problem happens when trying to print?
You also didn't specify what version or distro of Ubuntu you are using or printer and printer interface.

Without this information it is hard to say what is causing the problem.

But you may want to take a look at this page;

Specifically you want to check the section on changing the printer port by right clicking on the printer and selecting properties.

Please provide additional details or let us know if you got it fixed as it will help others.

thanks for your reply, but I didnt find any solution to my problem. I contact Caldera software and Im waiting for an answer. if I'll find the solution be sure I'll post the anwser.
