F1 doesn't work in GNOME (Apple Keyboard)
Hello there,
My F1 (and in fact all of my 'F' keys) don't work at all, at least in GNOME and Grim Fandango. Is there any way I could trick it into working by editing my keyboard map or anything like that?
Many thanks,
Kevin.

OK,
I've turned off all of the volume shortcuts (so now there are no "functions" associated with them), logged out and in, even restarted with no difference
What do you think the problem could be? Or is this just my punishment for using a proprietary keyboard!
Is there a tool such as SharpKeys for Linux? That would be really useful
Kevin.

I've never used an Apple keyboard with Linux, but I think you should be able to get it to work for the most part, anyway. Check this article for some tips on getting it working properly.
