There is Nero, Brasero, K3B, Gnome Baker, and many more softwares for CD/DVD image creating and writing.
and You can also use PowerISO, UltraISO out of box under Wine

Download the PowerISO
Put the exe in your home folder, start a terminal from Menu>Accessories
and type command
replace something.exe with your setup file name.# wine something.exe

most of those sofwares. some softwares need registry tweaking and much more.
