Wink New Problem. Darn Atheros drivers....

Hello guys, previously I needed help getting the drivers for atheros ar5700, which i now have. The problem now has to do with the fact that the settings do not stay after rebooting, or when an update requires restarting the computer. I followed the instructions as they are here for installation:

    UserDocs/FirstTimeHowTo - madwifi-project.org - Trac

Does anyone know how to install them permanently?
I have a suspect it has to do with the fact that the drivers are located in my desktop at the time of installation; should I move them onto the root folder?

Thanks for taking time to help me guys.

I believe you need to add the module to /etc/modules.

    From the terminal:
    gksudo gedit /etc/modules

    Then add: ath_pci
