Good 5.1 USB or Express Sound Card?

    Hi All,

Long story short, was forced to reinstall Windows because graphics card went out. For the first time in two years I got to hear my Creative X-Fi Express card, sounded incredible....put it up for sell on amazon because I want something that works in Linux.

Anyone have any recommendations for either USB or Express sound card that sounds crisp on 5.1 system? I'm looking for something around the same price as what I'm selling my Creative for ($100 or less).

    Thanks all

Thank you much. I went ahead and ordered it, do you think it'll have surround sound qualities or will it just be equal output from each speaker? Just curious...either way I'm glad I can get all of my speakers and sub working.

Anyone interested in buying my creative x-fi express card? I have the card and the dock that is needed to plug in 5.1 or 7.1 system. As mentioned in this thread, doesn't work in Linux but if you are dual booting it sounds amazing in Windows...
