    gaim help?!?!

    im new to linux, and realised that i cant use msn,
    i found Gaim on my laptop, i sign in and it lets me but as soon as i sign in every Gaim window closes.

    please help?

    GAIM has moved on. It has evolved into something called "Pidgin". You may be facing outdated protocols, you should upgrade the package and try again.

    I assume you have some form of Ubuntu since you're posting here? You can use Synaptec Package Manager (Press Reload, then search for Pidgin), or you can go to a terminal window and type:

    sudo apt-get update

    sudo apt-get install pidgin
