    flash on firefox is choppy and crashes

    i searched through the forums, and someone else suggested to try swiftfox, so i installed it: however when i run swift fox and go to youtube, the video is replaced with a gray box, and no buttons...Is there a fix for flash on firefox, or a fix for swiftfox? I have already tried closing compiz, and disabling the add-ons on swift fox...im using ubuntu 8.10
