[SOLVED] Nautilus cannot handle computer: locations

    Hi,
For the past couple of days , i have noticed that I seem to getting the message "Nautilus cannot handle computer: Locations" whenever I try to access the filing system. Also my trash has disappeared from the desktop. Googling it suggests that it is a bug due to the latest updates!!! Does anyone have any solution or do we just wait it out until the next "update" comes along.

I should have probably checked launchpad before posting on here. But a quick look there has solved my problem. One of the guys there has posted a solution for anyone else having this problem due to either a glib or gvfs installation which I had done a few days earlier. Apologies again, lesson learnt.

"I just finished helping someone with this issue. It turned out to be caused by an install of glib and gvfs in /usr/local . For everyone having this problem, see if it still happens after 'sudo mv /usr/local /usr/local.old & sudo mkdir /usr/local'."
