flash and .php

two quick questions, how do I download and install Flash on Ubuntu 7.04 i386 and how do I open .php files? Thanks a mil

you could try
sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin
although you would get a recent version (10) rather than anything contemporaneous
(wow, did I really write that word?) with April 2007.

php files should be readable by gedit (gnome) or kate (kde), just the bog standard (by Linux standards, not by windows standards) text editor should do (I would have thought).
