    well, my fiend has gor a strange problem. his title bar of his ubuntu disappeared. does anyone have any idea what to do to make it reappear????

    title bar on each window? Has he changed anything recently? Might be that he doesn't have video card installed correctly and is trying to run compiz

    try this command in terminal

    metacity --replace
    Bodhi 1.3 & Bodhi 1.4 using E17
    Dell Studio 17, Intel Graphics card, 4 gigs of RAM, E17

    also, if in use, check your compiz setting to find & turn off legacy hardware support
