Wireless Modem Work With Linux
This all happened the other day.
I was on my merry little way to the store to by my self one of those Pre-paid wireless modems and the it hit me, will those things actually run under ubuntu?
Now im not made out of money here so there’s no way in holy hell im forking out $150 plus to see if its compatible.
Will it work I really need help.

It claims it supports Linux. I guess the best advice is to do your research on whatever model you're thinking of purchasing. It's kind of a newer category in Linux hardware compatibility, so the lists aren't very informative, but I got a little info.
