    Error using Navicat with ssh tunnel via wine

    I am using ubuntu 8.10. I have installed latest wine and installed licensed Navicat. Navicat runs fine except when configuring an ssh tunnel. I get the following error:
    Access violation at address .... in module "libssh.dll". Read of address 0000000C
    I don't think this is a config issue because I have tried this on 2 matching Unbuntu boxes and get same exact error. I am guessing there may be an underlying issue with the limitations of wine in simulating a windows-like ssh tunnel. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    The solution is to create an ssh tunnel. Please close this post.
