Help Acer Aspire One
i have wireless built into my laptop but wicd says that " no wireless networks found" i know it sees the driver because under hardware drivers it shows it and says that it is active or in use my settings for wic re ndiswapper and wlan0 thank you in advance....

i have done the whole mad wifi install but i cant get wicd to see that i have wireless ubuntu shows my wireless adapter and everything but i cant get it to work i got it to work a long time ago but i cant remember how now that i installed 8.0 linux please help

MadWifi and Atheros 242x cards (which I think is in the AcerOne) still fight. I suggest you use ath5k instead.
