I did something in fvwm and next time I started up it took me straight to ROX filer, how do I exit ROX filer... I cant even get to Terminal ...

    [SOLVED] ROX-Filer Help.

    Have you got an apps folder on your ROX desktop? If so, open it and hopefully you'll find a ROX session applet that allows you to exit. If all else fails, try ctrl-alt-backspace to kill the X server.
