[Found Actual issue] When run command "startx" to run KDE, it starts a fvwm interface
What do I change so when I boot and run startx it runs KDE?

The startx command runs a script in your home directory called .xinitrc. If there isn't one there, it runs a system default file called xinitrc which will be somewhere in the /etc/X11 tree. I suggest you create your own .xinitrc file and put the command to run KDE at the end of it.
