I can see the folders in the KDE Menu Editor but once I save and Look under the actual Taskbar I don't see them... even though I still see them ...

Upgraded to KDE3 - Folders showing in Menu Editors but not in Acutal Menu
I can see the folders in the KDE Menu Editor but once I save and Look under the actual Taskbar I don't see them... even though I still see them when I open the Menu Editor.
