    Unhappy Intalling Fritz 11 (Chess program) on Ubuntu

    I´ve tried to install Fritz 11 on Ubuntu with Wine, but the program just won´t run . It fails already at the end of the installation, when it has to install DirectX. Has anyone been able to get Fritz 11 running on Ubuntu. Any help is welcome. Thank you.

    I've never run Fritz 11, or Wine, but the Wine Apps Database shows it to run fairly well under Wine version 1.1.16:

    WineHQ - Fritz
