    Default runlevel in Ubuntru server

    Hi friends,

Please tell me the name of the file in Ubuntu server which is same as /etc/inittab in Linux, there we can specify default runlevel. Or in ubuntu server, concept of runlevel is there or not? (like linux concept)

I think in ubuntu server, there is no difference between runlevels. Is my view is correct or not ? please give me good sugestions.

I installed ubuntu server (with gnome), but there is no difference i can see in different runlevels.

    Thanks,

As far as I know, the default runlevel is always specified in /etc/inittab
