    Jaunty bug is annoying!

    Hi All,

I've already posted this bug but wanted to see if others are experiencing it. When I alt +tab to certain windows I lose the ability to type in the windows (pidgin is one of them). It's weird because it's not happening every time and I can type like one letter and then I can't type ANYTHING until I minimize the window. Has happened in text editor as well when switching between firefox and text editor. Anyone else seeing this? I've seen it on two machines now

I have a text entry bug as well...

I didn't think too much of it as thought I was hitting a hot-key or something. I have a similar 'bug' for want of something better to call it. I will be typing away and when I look up to check my typos (no I'm not a touch typist) I sometimes see the last few words placed in a different place on the line and maybe starting half-way through another word... I'm pretty sure its' a hot-key I'm hitting though coz it only seems to be happenin in word processor and page layout programs. OpenOffice Write and Scribus. I have noticed an improvement today though when using Firefox after having uninstalled NoScript. Everything seems to be running smoother - maybe coincidence.

Are you typing on a laptop? If so, try turning off "tap to click." I find that with that turned on my thumbs occasionally brush the touchpad and my cursor ends up a couple of lines above or below or in the middle of another word.

    Typing errors

I am going to persevere and try to notice if I perhaps catch the touchpad while I am typing. Could easy be that with this new laptop...
Have another - sort of bug/niggle - that I am going to post re: resizing a window and delay
