In my Ubuntu 8.10, when i used this command-- mount -t /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom it displayed "E cannot mount cd rom"" Why????? I got this msg....

    Cdrom can't mount

    In my Ubuntu 8.10, when i used this command--
    mount -t /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
    it displayed "E cannot mount cd rom""
    Why????? I got this msg.

    run mount command as root.
