    How can i bring back the alt+tab hotkey?

    I was playing with kde;s effects and I assinged the alt+tab hotkey "present windows effect". Now I want alt+tab to switch normally through the windows. How can I do this?

    If you are using the Compiz window manager, then you need to enable the appropriate Application Switcher or the alt+tab doesn't work.

    I don't know much about linux but I think I am using Kwin on Kde or something....

    Can't you re-assign different shortcut or remove shortcut in KDE effects options?
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    I had already removed it. But when I assigned alt tab to the effect, I think that it removed the hotkey from the normal switcher.
