As far as I know, there are no linux drivers for this card, and you need to use ndiswrapper.
See if this helps.

reed9 is correct.
I don't know if this helps:

Ubuntu wireless cardbus problem solved
After a lot of research I ended up buying an Edimax EW-7108PCG cardbus for my laptop dell inspiron 1150. It worked plug and play on ubuntu 9.10, Thanks for the reply's but after checking that info the old card didn't seem like it was worth the effort, the edimax was 23 bucks delivered from newegg.com.

You actually got a newegg order on time? :P

I have a Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop. It has a built in Broadcom wireless that is well supported in Linux. You only need to install firmware to get it working.

Yeah, Dells usually come with something like a Broadcom, but his lspci output clearly shows it was not the case for him (maybe someone's idea of an upgrade?)
This card in a Google search showed no available native Linux driver at this time, thus the ndiswrapper link. The issue is moot now anyway, since he installed a different card which is now working.03:00.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Linksys, A Division of Cisco Systems [AirConn] INPROCOMM IPN 2220 Wireless LAN Adapter (rev 01) [17fe:2220]
