[SOLVED] why won't linux see my floppy drive?
drive is seen and useable at CMOS startup...I can boot up from a floppy...the drive works
In Linux, drive cannot be found...needs to find df0
In Ubuntu I cannot get the floppy to mount...the drive is not seen and impossible to access.../etc/fd0 does NOT exist (using root console) Floppy not seen in Linux anywhere...there is no fd0 on system.
How do I get to the floppy drive? Thanks in advance
