    Question Vmware Fusion Tools

Hello, I need some help; I'm brand new to linux and I'm running Ubuntu 8.04.2 on VMware Fusion 2.0.4 on a MAc that's running Leopard.

I need to install VMware Tools to Ubuntu because I want to be abel to enable Visual Effects, I looked all over the place for tutorials and there all out-dated because the VMware Tools are different.

So please help me out, What's the easiest way to enable Visual Effects in Ubuntu 8.04.2? Also an easy way to install VMware Tools to Ubuntu.

    Thanks in advance!

VMware WS/Fusion tools are available in rpm and source.
You have to compile in from source.
before comiling them, install build-essentials. and anyother packages listed in README.
    Never make any misteaks.
